Products & services (pricing in INR)
The following describes what you are purchasing or receiving through this website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

All checkout amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment partner. Total capacity is limited (50 teams); availability is shown on the registration page.
Eligibility & information
You must provide accurate contact and team information. The primary contact is responsible for payment and communications. The organizers may reject or cancel entries that violate rules, capacity limits, or institute policies.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway (e.g. Cashfree). You authorize charges shown at checkout in INR. Fees are set by the organizers and may be updated on the site before you complete payment.
Conduct & safety
Participants must follow the event code of conduct, venue rules, and directions from staff. Harassment, cheating, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Intellectual property & submissions
You retain rights to your project work unless you agree otherwise in a separate document. The organizers may photograph or record the event for institutional use; notify coordinators if you have specific concerns.
Limitation of liability
The institute and organizers are not liable for indirect losses, travel costs, or third-party service outages. Participation is at your own risk subject to applicable law.
Changes
Schedules, prizes, or format may change with notice on the website or at the event. Significant changes to paid registrations will be communicated when practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
