What we collect
When you register, we collect the information you submit: contact name, email, phone, team and member details, optional college fields, and payment-related references returned by our payment provider after checkout.
Why we use it
We use this data to confirm registrations, communicate about the event, verify attendance on site, and reconcile payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are processed by Cashfree (or the provider shown at checkout). We do not store your full card number on our servers. The provider’s privacy policy applies to payment data they handle.
Cookies & sessions
If you create an account or use the organizer dashboard, we may set secure cookies to keep you signed in. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Retention
We keep registration records for as long as needed for the event, audits, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them according to institute practice.
