Refunds & cancellations

Refunds relate to the paid offerings below. All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees.

All checkout amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) via our payment partner. Total capacity is limited (50 teams); availability is shown on the registration page.
Successful payment
After payment, your registration should show as confirmed on your team dashboard. If money was debited but the status stays unpaid or failed, contact the student coordinators immediately with your Cashfree order or payment reference.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered when a duplicate charge occurred, a technical error prevented slot confirmation, or the event is cancelled by the organizers. Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind after a slot is confirmed; the organizing team may make exceptions in line with institute policy.
How to request a refund
Email or message the coordinators on our Contact us page with your registration email, team name, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Allow several business days for verification; approved refunds are processed back through the original payment channel where possible.
Event cancellation
If kalpAIthon 2.0 is postponed or called off, paid teams will be informed promptly. Refund or credit options will be communicated at that time.
